Tatenda is a Ph.D. Research Fellow in Auditing and Fraud Detection at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder (UiA), Kristiansand. He obtained his MSc in Accounting and Finance from Umeå School of Business, Economics and Statistics (USBE), Umeå University, Sweden, and a BSc in Accounting (Honors) from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. Tatenda has taught a bachelor's course in research methods at the University of Agder. In addition, Tatenda has been a teaching assistant in several courses at the master’s level, such as Auditing, Fraud Detection, Financial Statement Analyses, Equity Valuation, and Research Methods. He was also a teaching assistant in a bachelor’s course in Business Analytics. Tatenda’s research interests include the use of technology by auditors, fraud detection, auditors’ decision-making, and sustainability assurance. Tatenda worked as a Chief Accountant for one of Zimbabwe's leading detergent manufacturing companies. Additionally, he has vast experience as a high school educator in Accounting, Business Studies, and Economics.

Rajendra Ghimire holds a master of science in Global Development and Planning management from the University of Agder, Norway, Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from Mid-Western University, Nepal. He has worked as a secretariat member at the vice chancellor and registrar's office at Lumbini Buddhist University, as International Relations Coordinator at Lumbini Buddhist University Nepal, and as a teaching faculty at Lumbini Buddhist University, Nepal. He had major participation and involvement in Nepal’s Foreign policy, Asian Philosophies, International Relations, Indigenous Studies, Development Management, and Global Politics.

Mr. Gwaze is an International Relations and Global Development practitioner with a vast interest in strategy development, lobbying, and advocacy, representative democracy, with a special interest in public policy analysis, political campaigns, political party development, local government, parliaments, and elections. He holds a Master's of Science in International Affairs from the Midlands State University (MSU) in Zimbabwe, a Master's in Global Development and Planning from the University of Agder (UiA), Norway, and a  Bachelor of Science in Politics and Public Administration at Great Zimbabwe University (GZU), Zimbabwe. He holds a Professional Certificate in International Development and European Union from the European School of Leadership Development. Mr. Gwaze worked as the Programme Officer of the Zimbabwe Human Rights Monitors Platform (Protect Defender Zw) and is also a Co-Founder of the organization. Gwaze wrote and published several newspaper articles as a Guest Writer for The Axis Newspaper, which is run by Equity Axis, a financial media and fintech company that offers economic, financial research, and fintech solutions. Before joining Elite Acme Consultancy, Mr. Gwaze worked as a Freelancer Consultant, providing services on capacity and organizational development, research and analysis, market development, policy analysis, strategic planning and development, program facilitation, and political consultancy for different organizations and individuals.

Shingirai Nyahwa is a Political Communications expert. He has advised and coordinated numerous advocacy and public communications Civil Society initiatives in Southern Africa in the last 7 years. He specializes in strategic communications, knowledge management, and advocacy. He also serves as a board member of the Masvingo Centre for Research Advocacy and Development (MACRAD) and Intergenerational Dialogue ZW. In the past, he has worked with organizations that include Civic Forum on Human Development, Centre for Community Development Solutions, Masvingo Residents Forum, and the African Capacity Building Foundation a specialized Agency of the African Union. He studied Politics at the Midlands State University in Gweru Zimbabwe and he has been part of fellowships that include the Futurelect Apolitical Academy, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Youth Fellowship (FES), the Youth Empowerment and Transformation Trust Winter School, and the Reach-Out IntegratedAfrica (ROI) Open Corps Fellowship
